The Fireplace Dining Room looks out onto Beautiful Lake Washington's Carillon Point Marina. Room Capacity is 50 seated or 50 for a standing reception. With a cozy fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and elegant lighting.

Policies:
- To reserve the room for your event we require a signed contract and a credit card on file. Some events may require a deposit.
- A final guest count is due no later than four business days prior to your event.
- Please note that our menu prices do not include Sales Tax (9.3%) and Gratuity (18%) . These totals will appear on your final event proposal.
- We require a thirty day cancellation notice, or cancellation fees will apply. Additional charges will be applied for cancellations less then 2 days prior to the event.
- During the time of the event the host is responsible for any damage to the premises, and/or equipment and rentals done by any of the guests. BluWater Bistro is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles before, during or after the event.

Menus:
Please review our menu offerings in this packet. Depending on the size of your function, you may choose between a sit-down dinner or buffet. Feel free to contact us for more information about our catering services. We look forward to providing a fun atmosphere, great food and beverages, and professional service at your next event.
We are more than happy to accommodate you if you’d like to bring a cake or dessert, or would like us to specially order something for your event that is not on our menu. BluWater Bistro will provide plates, forks, cake table, cake knife and service for $1.50 per person.
Beverages:
Our Private Dining Room has a full service with a variety of beverage options. See the beverage rate sheet for more information.
Flowers:
Floral arrangements can be purchased with prior notification. Estimated Event Proposals can be provided upon request.
They are approximations only; final costs are determined based on guest count, beverage consumption, and any additional rentals.

From Seattle:
Get on State Route 520 Eastbound. Take the Kirkland exit and proceed one mile north on Lake Washington Blvd. At the traffic light intersecting Lake Washington Blvd. and Lakeview Drive take a left. This is the main entrance to Carillon Point
From I-90, Seatac Airport, & Bellevue:
Take 405 Northbound to State Route 520 West, Exit #14. Stay in the right lane and exit at 108th Ave. NE (first exit). Turn right, proceed 1/2 block. Turn left on Northup and follow it to Lake Washington Blvd. Turn right (north) and proceed one mile north on Lake Washington Blvd. to traffic light at the intersection of Lake Washington Blvd. and Lakeview Drive. Carillon Point is on your left.
From Redmond:
Take State Route 520 Westbound. Exit at 108th Ave. NE. Turn right proceed 1/2 block. Turn left on Northup and follow it to Lake Washington Blvd. Turn right (north) and proceed one mile north on Lake Washington Blvd. to traffic light at the intersection of Lake Washington Blvd. and Lakeview Drive. Carillon Point is on your left.
From Kirkland, Everett and Areas North:
